Make sure your shipping information and email address are entered correctly. Shipment and order notifications are sent via email from FedEx. Shipping time is 7-10 business days. In the event FedEx delivers a package, but you do not receive it, you must contact FedEx and let them know the situation. Ask them to do a "driver follow up". Ofen times packages are picked up by a neighbor. In the event the package cannot be tracked down FedEx will provide the customer with a "Case Id #". After 3 days if the package is not found we will reship the package with the receipt of the "Case Id #".
